On the bigger jobs engineering actually prints, and packages labels for us into envelopes so we can easily find them. They print stickers for the relay cabinets too which helps, sharpie on yellow tape doesn’t look as good.

 

Our customer specified yellow labels with black letters on this job. My boss ordered the yellow and printed them himself, 600 of them

 

The Hyundai dealership we bought the Elantra from doubles the standard warranty to 20 year/200k miles. I thought that was crazy but it also means they stand behind their vehicles.

I got angry at a client once and said, "You know that saying the customer is always right? It's not true."

 

Only payment we have is my truck, we got enough out of the Suburban to buy her something in the low 30's and not have to put any with it
