The amsoil oil bags are the best kept secret,
    They are reusable,
    No pumps needed,
I do the amsoil fill 1st then use those empty bags filled with redline,
Makes evey oil change a piece of cake,
    Front, rear diff, transmission, tcase,

If you have an extra 300 the marlin shift is a game changer for your transmission.
That sloppy oem shifter gets changed to a super tight shift in every gear, no sloppy shifts and never miss a gear and much a less chance of grinding a gear

I know you’re running synthetic so I can guess the answer but I was wondering if you’ve ever run Dino with Lukas oil stabilizer and if so, have you noticed any difference? I have run that in my 2wd MT but only out of hope it helps lubrication and longevity as I don’t use synthetic. Just curious.

Seems like I'm not gonna be able to get to this today.
I have a leak and no idea where it's coming from.
Although I have a feeling it's coming from up the base of the shifter.
Gonna clean the area and drive around some.

    All theory's welcomed
Educate me on gaskets in this area plz

could be. Doesn't take much to pull the shifter and check the gasket under the shifter

I remove the shifter and fill through the top instead of messing around with trying to fill it from under the truck

Just needs a new shifter seat and cup. The boot looks dry, right?

Probably also need to replace the gasket under the shifter base to fix your leak

some people find that this piece (shift lever bushing) breaks apart too and needs replacing

Mine was still intact though when I replaced the shifter seat bushing a couple months ago

Question: Do I need to grease that seat bushing when installing?
