Holy cow!
I went to the supply house and bought 1/2” heat shrink labels, 12 cartridges total. I looked at the bill after and almost fell over. $1100!!

 

He ordered this material off Amazon.

 

Brady or Panduit? The Dymo ones run ~$60 a cartridge here.

 

Dymo labels. These were for the XTL printer. If it was my company I’d buy them online, it’s apparently a hassle for a corporate do that cause we just go pick them up and don’t ask the price apparently.

 

Got it all wired. I didn’t do the whole thing, just picked up where the other guy left off. I might have done the cables different where they come out of the pipes if I did the whole thing, but if everything works I’ll be happy.

 

Gotcha, yeah bit pricier than the labels for the Rhino handheld printers.

 

Nice! Any reason for going with terminal strips instead of DIN rail mounted terminal blocks?

Wife looked at a new Kia Sportage, told the guy to give her the best price so we could talk. He came back, no discount, added tax, tags, fees, etc. She said that ain’t gonna work. He said we haven’t discounted a car in a long time. She said I’m not here to talk about what you’ve done in the past, I’m here now. He said there’s not much we can do. She said thank you and walked out.

Whoever sells her a car, will earn it.

He also didn’t know she had to be back to pick our daughter up from dance in less than 30 minutes

Heh, it's a bad time to buy a vehicle. They don't sit on lots so they don't have to discount anything to sell as the next person in line will scoop it up...
