Morning MD. I can finally say it's literally freezing!

 

I just got rid of 300,000 miles with the swipe of my finger

 

Sho is, sho is. It was about 28 or 29 when I left the house this morning. It'll wake you up, that's for sure! Lol.

Simply lovely outside this morning. (sigh)

 

Just started snowing here on the mountain.

 

Just started sleeting here.

Winter has arrived.

Where did you find such a low mileage cluster? We all know that there aren't any low mileage 3rd gens left, Dave has them all!

 

My 86k mile 02 4runner that belonged to Yeardly Love is now at 160k.

 

Can you secure food and whatnot without having to go to town? Anything grow up there? Space for livestock? Chickies?

 

I didn't, I was just jokin' lol. I was messing around on my phone and realized I could make it look like that, so I did, and was proud of my work and wanted to share it with all for some laughs. BUT, I did recently see a 97 with 18K originial miles for sale on the cars and bids website earlier this month. It sold for $22.5K, dude bought it for his 16 year old son. Lucky kid, I will say. Makes me sick

Plenty off hunting up here. Deer, turkey and even bear. River to fish too. I don't hunt but I always get free deer jerky, tenderloins & ground deer from my buddies. Old guy nicknamed Pig Man down the road from me use to raise hogs, he recently passed away. Numerous people up here have chickens and gardens. I get free eggs and vegetables from a couple of my neighbors. My 84yo neighbor told me if I bring her 3 squirrels she would make me a squirrel pot pie. I didn't take her up on her offer. But my buddies up here said I should've because she probably made the best squirrel pot pie around lol. Sadly she passed too. It's all unrestricted land up here so you can have whatever you want. There's a guy here that has horses as pets and another couple has wolves.

 

Twenty-two thousand dollars....wow.

 

Good deal - I'm hoping to find ways to supplement what i'm forced to buy with what I can hunt, grow, barter, etc.

 

In WV you don't need a hunting license to hunt your own land if you have a WV driver's license of WV state issued ID. I never hunted before but the po of my property left two 2 man deer stands erected on the property. With the meat prices nowadays I may get me a deer. I had 2 big bucks on my property this morning just feet from one of my stands.

 

I'd honestly pay that for it. With only 18K miles on it? The thing is practically brand new. Sure it would need some work, like replacing certain parts merely due to age and such, but I wouldn't hesitate to put in the work for it. That's literally my dream right there, unheard of low mileage on a 3rd gen. I'd do it.

 

So Mine could look that good with a $30K restoration.... hmmmm
