Now that I've gotten everything else wired, I've decided to add some more, I ordered a prinsu habitat roof rack, and I plan to add some lights to that as well, how did you fellas run the wires from the lights on the roof rack down into the truck? Did you have to drill holes? Is there a chase that I can use through the A pillars? Looking for options!

Sorry for all questions, I'm a Tacoma Rookie!

Look at the windshield along the outside of the A pillar. There is a channel that you can discreetly run a wire.

I used the KC hilites universal wire hider mentioned above down the driver side A-pillar since I had to run multiple wires.

Thanks Roof Walker! That looks good, I wouldn't have noticed it if you hadn't shown me. I assume it just sticks onto the glass of the windshield? Or on the A Pillar itself?

Yes sir. It has M3 adhesive that’s sticks to the windshield. See the post above, @eurowner has provided a link to the product that I used that will answer any other questions you have.
