It's crazy how aggressive people got over demanding masks, it never bothered me in the least if someone wanted or not to wear.

 

I've got family in Florida; I will drive down to Florida and stay with my grandma if the mask mandates come back in PA...

 

Florida looks like a good place to be!

 

That would be the interlocking style, I had a company come out and quote me 22K for mine.

I don't know the actual conversion but I want to say my roof was 22 or 23 "square"..not feet, yards, just "square" for reference.

 

I've heard nothing about our state returning to mask mandates. What's your source for this?

Personally I have no issue with wearing a mask but I can accept the fact that not everyone feels the same. I do have people in my life with respiratory issues and/or other health concerns that could be at risk if exposed. I also have friends and family who work in positions where they must deal with the public at large and are required or have been required to wear masks for their jobs. I am of the opinion that if a business for whatever reason mandates masks then if you wish to do business with that company then you can either wear the mask while in their establishment or take your business elsewhere and move on.

 

It's speculation and OCD...

 

That isn't as awful as I thought it might be. My mom paid her neighbor $10k to do her roof with asphalt shingles this summer. He did it as a side job - roof on a 1350 sq ft ranch, 24x24 detached garage, and replacement of two skylights.

I figure I'll look at doing mine in another 5 years or so. The neighbors think it was done around 2007 and it looks alright, but it is 3-tab, so either they got a deal on the shingles, specifically wanted 3-tab for some reason, or it's older than that.

 

How did you go shopping?

 

And even in Colorado, nobody gave you grief? That incident at Mission BBQ back in June 2020 made me incredibly timid about going out in public, PERIOD.

And they didn't threaten to call the cops, or become physically aggressive? I would not be above simply telling somebody to go pound sand if they asked me to wear a mask...
