Head gasket leak?

So I had my engine rebuilt last year and lately I've been getting a p0306 code and it was acting like a leaking injector. To make sure I moved my coils, swapped the spark plug and changed the injector out. Still getting the same rough idle when I start it up cold and p0306 code. I decided to take everything apart again and when I looked down into where the intake manifold hooks on I could see liquid sitting there and it looks nice and Shiney like it's steam cleaned haha. Luckily it should be covered by the engine warranty but curious if you guys think the same thing.

 

Lower intake manifold gasket leaking coolant into the manifold?

 

either that or a cracked head... but i'd rekon manifold leaking in..

 

Smell it and taste it and report back.
