Nice! Since I'm from deep south Texas I'm use to using only Mesquite so I try to source some out if I can't I'll do a mix of hickory with apple as well:thumbsup:
I'll post some early tomorrow morning! Had 2 parties to attend plus our bbq lunch party we had at our house

What type of smoker do you have?

I have an electric, and am thinking about adding a pellet smoker to the collection.

I have an offset smoker, I've been considering getting a traeger or something like this... But I like the process of maintaining the heat level just right, staying up all night :bananadead:

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
    We got snow yo!

I need to get rocking on up’ if my smoking game. The main issue is the bears…I got to chase them off the deck if I leave things out :(

I'd like to get an offset, but the minimal attention required electric and pellet are appealing. Since I work at home now, I've been smoking during the weekday - every half hour or so, I go check on things. Makes it easy.

    Same crap everyone else got
Look into a drum smoker. I built one out of a 55 gal barrel. It's basically the same concept of cooking on a big green egg but not made of ceramic. Mine can run well over 14 hours. Probably have less than $200 in it also.

I mean I can start a thread for the next mod day. May be a little cold but this is an actually democracy so you guys decide the date (for the most part, if I can’t host then it changes date)

    yes, 37s club!

For those interested, I have Cab Mount Relocations on hand for 2nd and 3rd gen Tacomas. I also have spindle gussets as well.

I still have a little massaging to do for the 37s.

    Go ahead.

Anyone have a portable outdoor firepit? We'll probably need it, as I'm sure it will snow on whatever @BYJOSHCOOK picks. LOL

I have a firepit, but it's not exactly what I would call portable.

    Couple recent updates:
    • Replaced the rear bumper
    • Blower motor resistor went bad (of course) - Replacing today
    • Had the entire interior steamed - This made a giant difference vs. DIY
    • Wired my ARE Topper E- Lock
    • Replaced my ARE 3rd Brake Light
