Hey everyone, first time poster here.

I’m embarking on a new build, a Tacoma (likely a 2015 TRD Pro). It’s gonna be a Baja/Trophy style mod, probably a lift and somewhere in the 34” tire mark. My main question is about the bumper, the front bumper specifically. I’ve been really digging this specific style bumper that has a large skid plate, high clearance with the bottom half of the existing bumper cut. I’ve provided an image of what I’m talking about. My main question is, how do I go about doing one of these bumpers. Any specific product suggestions? I’d also like to do 4” bulge fenders on the front so hopefully a bumper that works with those. I just haven’t been able to find any kind of search term for those Baja style skid plate bumpers. Any help is appreciated.

“Prerunner bumper” should get you to what you are looking for. Not a lot of places making full production runs and you would probably get off cheaper taking it to a local shop to have one made of you have a good fabricator close.

It’s just frame horns, tube work, an ABS valence and aluminum or stainless plates as skids.

Usually the lower frame auxiliary support where the front IFS skid mounts is chopped off too.

Pretty much on point with this. Had mine done locally and I searched for a while.
Also didn’t make sence to get aluminum skid since it would get hung up and beat on so I’d recommend going with a steel skid unless your just going for the aesthetic
