Fwiw, you don't legally need a 3rd brake light.

    ^Page 54 line item f) says you do: https://www.ontario.ca/files/2022-0...vehicle-inspection-standard-en-2022-03-18.pdf

@Shveet won't need it if he changes to Yukon plates.

It's also in your best interest to reduce the likelihood of getting rear-ended by a few percentage points. The 3rd brake light is quite helpful at night, where you'd otherwise be relying on half the tail light alternating between two brightness levels.

If you're going through the hassle of an extra relay circuit, might as well get the louder Supertones. Mine are pushing 6 years (older than the truck).

Entire reason i got the sharps was because it didn't use a relay. Mostly as i had no idea how to wire anything back then, but got the relay in and the truck beeps again.
supers are not out of the question now :D

Friend of mine installed a 4-post lift in his garage to stack two low-profile cars together (86 and Supra). May be a less expensive option vs expanding the garage square footage depending on the existing ceiling height.

Yeah, that’s only great to have for storing cars, but not actually doing work to them at the same time etc…
