The fuck?! Can you try a different dealer? Maybe try and rub the scuff off and try again?

I don't want to shit talk dealers, but it was one in Golden. Off Indiana and 6th on the east side of Indiana. No names though.

I just can't believe they're trying to tell me the truck I bought brand new has been in an accident and has the flimsiest excuse. They said the sensor was off by "6.8" but couldn't quantify or explain that to me. Service manager said they would try to "make it right for the customer." I'll wait to hear back from them but I'm not hopeful.

On an entirely related note, anyone got a spare from a bumper swap or something they don't want anymore?

Brought back the 17 Tacoma sport from Wisconsin 2 weekends ago. Did a few quick things.
    1. TRD Grille
    2. Injen Intake(had a super sale so why not)
    3. KDMAX self tune coming in mail next week
    4. Debadged and removed rear stickers
    5. Tires and suspension are fine for now but will replace in the future. Next up will be adding CarPlay and considering doing a better sound system.

I really think this is a dealer issue so I would escalate with the Dealer, the whole squeaky wheel gets the service concept. Constantly, contact until they fix it under warranty.

Time for Brett's review's on stuff you prolly won't use.
Bought two oil filled electric radiators, one Scamazon Basics, one Pelonis HO-0279 from Home Depot.
Both are the same size, both have manual controls, tip over protection and overheat shut down protection.
Both have settings for 600-900-1500 watts.
The Basics was $52.00 plus tax, free delivery.
The Pelonis was $54.00 plus tax and I picked it up.
After using both last night, The Pelonis wins.
Using a infrared heat thermometer, the Basics topped out at 234°F.
The Pelonis topped out at 287°F.

Heat measurements were taken directly from the top coils, not from the vanes. Those are significantly lower in temp as they are designed to dissipate heat.
Heat up time was roughly the same at about 20 minutes from cold to max temp.
The Pelonis was hot enough to operate the thermal fan, the Basics was not.

That being said, the Basics was fine on the low setting for my bedroom loft on the low setting to keep it nice and toasty. So I'll keep it since her return policy says must be unused and in new condition.

The Pelonis, in my living room with vaulted ceiling, was enough to keep the furnace from kicking on and kept the room and attached kitchen at 71°F. The fan doesn't turn enough to make your hair blow, but it does move the heat around.
You can definitely tell a difference just standing beside them.

The fireplace is mostly for mood enhancement, it sends more heat up the chimney then into the room.
So it only gets used occasionally.

So i dont know much about those, but does the oil just recirculate??
