Thanks, I just need the single joint. The double cardan joint seems to still be in good condition.

3"body lift, performance header and exhaust, new intake, light bar along with ditch lights. 317000 and head gasket was replaced at 315000 with new head.
yes running low boost pulley and you are correct about the bottom intake bolts. it just went against the grain in my head when i had to use a sawsall to cut parts of front and back quarter panels.

It isn't if you like it. If you are not 100% with it, consider larger tires and adding a bit of weight.

Had terrible experience with Por 15. Sanded down to bare metal with angle grinder and drill using polyurethane strip disc (works better then wire wheel), coated with tremclad (rust oleum) followed by a jug of fluid film using an electric latex based paint gun.

Did you cut the back of the frame off and do your own tube?

Been meaning to do this for months and finally got around to it. When I changed my clutch in July, I power washed the trans/transfer case, and I was worried I got some water in them. Looks like I was right. New MT90 in (had to special order it, I couldn't find anyone who stocked manual trans fluid around here), and it immediately started shifting better.

I saw evidence of a leak while I was under there, but not sure where it's coming from. Maybe the transfer case input seal?

Also ordered new shocks and struts today.

and so begins the process killing all mpgs. Death to the MPGS!

Looks a little tall to me. Even for tires. With 650lb coils and no weight I bet it feels pretty darn stiff. Why did you go with such heavy coils?

Got the old timing cover off and going to build and install the new one tomorrow. Anyone have any suggestions on how to prime the pump? I was going to pull the plug for the spark plugs and EFI then crank it over a few seconds. Other option is to pack with petroleum jelly. Any one better than the other?

I've never had to "prime per say. once you fill up the coolant enough it should just start to flow through the pump and back into the radiator. Then just fill it as much as possible and squeeze the lower tube to help push air out. Then use a radiator burping funnel and you're good.
