I packed mine with grease and had no issues with oil pressure. I'd recommend changing your oil soon after if you go that route.

My speedometer needle is now way below 0mph reads 20mph low now. Hoping that doesn't mean some catastrophic happened. Had planned on pulling it tomorrow to clean and lubricate it.

When I was refurbing the ARB Bumper, I ended up stripping 2 applications of bedliner spray because I just wasn't happy with the results. Using the angle grinder with this https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B08L242KTQ/ made the removal and prep a lot easier. Not sure how it would do with Por 15 but that strip disc works great.

Was the POR15 still wet? Fluid film shouldn't eat through it.
It's fucked. Just keep up with traffic.

I think you misread what I was saying. POR 15 was flaking off and rust was forming. I sanded it all down and coated it with tremclad, followed by a coat of Fluid film

Completely sucks the big one. Really need someone with fab skills to put something together and start offering them up. I'd pay good cash for a well designed cat shield.

Sorry you got hit Mac. :censored:

I missed that.. my POR15 has peeled in a couple spots but my assumption is that due to contaminated surfaces when I laid it down. Can't fault the chemicals for that.

    Who cares?

Rock sliders, bedliner, intake, turn signal mod, ARB front bumper, All-Pro Off-Road Pre-Runner Rear Bumper, Smittybilt X2O COMP wench (pun intended) W/Synthetic Rope, snorkel, OME 883'S, BILSTEIN 5100'S F/R, air bags, big 4,more to come.
New front and rear suspension, 883's and 5100's, also airbags. Rides smoother with all that weight i've added. Got new rear springs to put on and shackles but it's been colder than a well diggers lunchbox, so I'm waiting for at least less snow and melted water in the garage.
