What do you do with your batteries? Put them on a maintainer?

 

Yes, as I have more batteries than maintainers they don't stay on continuous, I rotate them around every few days including the Toyota during the winter.

I have both Deltran Battery Tenders and NOCO Genius 1s, both are class leaders, as there is some sophisticated tech inside the box this isn't the type of tool that I would buy a Harbor Freight version of.

One of my older Deltrans, the smallest 750ma unit, finally packed it in after 10+ years of constant use, I got my moneys worth out of it.
The NOCO has way more functions, the literature they send takes a magnifying glass in addition to my hot glasses to read.
Can't go wrong with either unit.

 

This is something I need to do. Need to buy some battery tenders. I have a few batteries I put on my work bench for the winter.

 

I wonder would he notice you were not at work or would take a day or two??

I would be heading North till I found the Lake Effect Snow with a loaded out trailer to start a job on Monday .

A few plants have shut downs Thanksgiving Week for assorted plant upgrades .

I know I am strange I really wish I could still be working.

The smart ones taste so much better . They get all the better food.

 

I'm sold on them, the battery I use in my mower at home is from 2016, the one in the fork lift is 2014.

They make fancier models that hook to multiple batteries if you have several in one place.

 

The ideal set up is to have the crane staged to snatch the prefabbed steel off the trailer and be able to swing the pick to the location it gets installed.

All it takes is one piece loaded in the wrong spot to ruin your day. I wonder have miss loads increased ?

Having to move a smaller crane with less reach a few times is very expensive and time consuming.

You don't want the trucks sitting around waiting for the crane to place them so the steel was unloaded at the site last week.

This is the third building this GC has built on campus, all with the same project manager. Dude knows how to get it done.
