What color maxtrax

Sweet so Orange shouldn't look too much different from red then right?

 

I didn't realize these were items where color was a concern. Thought these were more function than form.

 

Well, when form is a option and function is the same across all colors then it actually can play a part. If the black ones worked better than the pink ones then I could see buying black for their function, but when they all work the same you get the option to choose.

 

Here's my opinion. White TRDOR probably has the decals on the back that are red. So red traction boards would match that, and I'm saying they are dang near identical in how bright they are. My red ones look orange in bright light and red in darker lighting.

I think you can go with either, but red is my vote. They'll be vibrant enough to find in any terrain you use them in.

 

Most people are buying them to bolt onto their roof rack for the gram.

 

I got black ones just so they don’t look to tacky on the side of my truck. Not the best color when it gets in the mud/snow though. Trick is to tie a red/yellow landyard so it’s easier to find.

 

This is 100% true. I mounted mine up there. Saw a little old lady stuck in the snow. Thought about helping, but didn't wanna climb up and get the boards and have them get dirty.
