Jeep with a Barbie grille at that. Who ever drives that. She isn't worried about cyclist in the bike lane not while parked.

The day they took the training wheels of their bike, should have been the day they learned how to maneuver a round a stationary Wrangler.

Police could always have the vehicle towed. Auto return dispatch is based in SF.

Might be the wrong forum for this observation, but here goes: How about an "Air breather" parked in a Tesla charging stall that I saw yesterday at Santa Ysabel, Ca? I was driving my Tacoma home from a day of target shooting in the desert.

And they do. I worked in downtown SD for years and the poor parking that I've witnessed still amazes me. Unbelievable that some people are allowed to drive. Scary..

I get that the charger stalls are reserved for EV, and I have seen towing enforced at the charger. The only thing I don't know if there is any written legislation, and it would very by state. That EV stalls can legally be enforced. Something the property owner would want a clear answer on before enforcing those rules.

    Exactly right.

Also, I hate when they put EV parking close to the building. It just encourages bad behavior.

Regarding charging stations close to business entrances I think they should be placed elsewhere. If an elderly or handicapped person needs to park close they should not have to worry about being cited. When I dislocated my patella (kneecap) I always tried to park close. I wasn't handicapped but I'd park close if the opportunity was there aside from an actual handicapped parking spot.

Most vehicles these days would qualify for compact status as the term was originally conceived.
Compact parking spaces are a developer's way of working the system that prescribes how many parking spots a newly constructed building should have. You look at those spots and tell me that an average driver can park any better. You need to thread a needle with spots that skinny.
And remember, the guy that parked next to your spot modifies your own space available.

The white vehicle is an asshole. I parked better, the green prius is my DD and I manage to park between the lines, even in my Tacoma.

Which was there first, the white car or the black car to the right that's also over the line?

Exactly what I was going to ask lol.

Unless you were there to witness all cars pull in, it's hard to place blame on who is the asshole and who just had to work with what they had.
