Seals can fuck you. I always pull the cap or housing it is in to swap and never had one leak. You get in there w a pick and damage shit and don't silicone it you're done. Im actually really concerned about my rear/front seal, oil pump and pan on the ls cause there are all these warning labels literally casted into everything saying use gm tool number wtf to do properly. Fuck those tools. kinda bankin on youtube. lol

Even though I had ordered a new RMS, I didn't touch it. Hell no. I figured if it was leaking I'd see it behind the flex plate. Thought about pulling it and changing it anyway and decided against it. My luck, I'd change it and the damn thing would leak because I screwed it up. Did not want to pull the transmission all over again. Nope, so the new seal just sits in the parts box with a hope of never having to use it.

I usually don’t touch them till they leak. But dropping a transmission is nothing for me

I didn't say it was something lol. I imagine with a lift, much easier. I just don't want to do it again.

Fuck that. I want nothing to do with a 4wd 3.4 trans pull. I don't own enough extensions or aleve for those things. I looked at my first one and didn't even have the setup to take the torque converter cover off.

I hear ya... believe me, I NOW own enough extensions and quite a few other tools for that job. A transmission jack which I've used for not just the transmission but the front diff (got to love those angle and tilt adjusters, makes it a 1 man job) and the transfer case as well. That transmission jack will most likely collect dust now but it definitely served its purpose.

This probably wasn't it and not a tank but it was a bad-ass Atari release. Loved this in the arcade.

The likes were just to show I was still alive  when I tried to quote and respond I didn't have the energy to actually formulate words on the keypad lol

It looks like she avoided it ... or it just had a longer incubation period, she started showing symptoms last night when I started on Monday :pout:

@eon_blue I was going through my hockey bag today and found one of my old team jerseys, not sure if you are a punk rock fan but this was one of my favorites.

That's the main downside of doing your own work to save money. Any mistakes you make are on you and not the shop.

The arcade had both a stand up and a sit down, sit down was the best. The speakers were awesome and you just lost yourself in that one. I'll keep looking for this tank one of yours. It sounds so familiar. was it a PVP or player vs cpu?

Yeah, they are stupid. Jacks and shit are great once you get all the damn bolts off! That is the shit part imo. They are super nice on reinstall though.

I need a new project. I've been wanting to use the spare bedroom and turn it into an arcade (lol). Was going to order https://smile.amazon.com/ARCADE1UP-Midway-Licensed-Light-Up-Marquee/dp/B0B497Q45Z/ and a Pac-Man for the kid but now I think I want to build a full blown MAME cabinet. I miss a ton of the arcade games I remember as a kid. That Arcade1Up Joust cab is cool since it comes with 14 games (JOUST, MORTAL KOMBAT, MORTAL KOMBAT II, MORTAL KOMBAT 3, ULTIMATE MK 3, TOOBIN, RAMPAGE, WIZARD OF WOR, GAUNTLET, ROOTBEER TAPPER, DEFENDER, BUBBLES, PAPERBOY, KLAX). Might still order it and still start the MAME build.

How's the snow bro? Grab a pic next time you're out. Love seeing those fresh snow Tahoe shots.
