Are these tactical overland or just regular tactical? Don't think I want to risk it unless I can tactically overland with it.

I cant be the only person who wants tactical, but doesnt need the rugged build of name brand tactical... I might order one of these caps from alibaba in the spring. Would be good for holding all my extreme fishing stuff.

Yes it does involve mountain dew, but zero sugar mountian dew, I cant handle normal dew anymore.
