You can buy a lower priced LED bar from Amzon or eBay. I did too a long time ago - before I got educated on better lighting. I started out with a CaliRaised 32" double row all driving beam bar on a set of their mounts behind the grill of my Tacoma and was pretty happy. Pretty happy except for the fact that it just seemed to blast light out everywhere and didn't have very much reach. Oh, and the finish on the bar started to flake off in less than a year. I justified it as a learning experience and moved on.

I then moved up to a Diode Dynamics 30" single row bar in an all driving beam pattern mounted on the same brackets. Holy crap Batman, what a difference! I have at least twice the distance (with half the LEDs) of the "cheap" bar. The quality of the light is stunningly better. And did I mention that the DD bar is still going strong 5 years later on my son's car?

So, if you want to save some money on your original purchase price, I understand it. You'll never know how much better of a light you could buy from a better manufacturer because you'll have nothing to compare it to. I did, and I learned. That's why I'm sharing this.
