    Good morning!

We love talking about tires, also! Size, load range, etc! :goingcrazy:

I currently have 2 sets. The stock ones were gone after 2 weeks and 1300 miles on it. I might have a problem.

It's that new tire smell, it's addictive.

It is! Both of my current sets only have around 30K miles on them, so I have no excuse to buy any for awhile. :(

Like I said, I think its an anomaly. I have an older Jet (Blue color) CTAS-10 five horse saw that usually can cut ANYTHING. Fights like a bear with that Forrest blade on there... Almost like its on backwards without the smoke. I hang it in the shop and look cool... The one I LOVE is from Infinity-that thing rocks and not nearly as much outlay as the Forrest!

How many miles are you expecting out of them? My KM3's have @ 30k as well and look to be close to the end. Figure I will need new rubber by next fall...

    Easy:

    Diced onion or two
1 Lbs ground beef (I use venison for flavor)
    Small can diced green chiles
One can Rohos diced tomatoes and green chilies
One can El Pato red chili sauce
    Taco seasoning
Two seeded and finely chopped green chilies, preferably serrano
    One bundle cilantro finely chopped
Two cans pinto beans (or a mix of black and pinto beans) drained

Dice onions and brown in large frying pan. Add meat, green chilies and seasoning. Cook 5-10 minutes. Add tomatoes, cilantro, El Pato sauce and beans. Cook until standing moisture is gone.

Trimmings to your hearts desire and enjoy!

The Toyos were at about 70% tread the last time I measured. I can't recall exactly how much tread was left on the Yokohama's, but I was figuring they would be good for at least 50,000 or so. I'm kind of surprised how well they are holding up.

What size battery/ how old? I have used mine on some very stubborn bolts. It has never failed to remove or break anything I have attempted.

I did have a friend complain that his wasn't as powerful as advertised, but he also told me that he was keeping the tool and the batteries in his cold garage, and lithium-ion batteries are extremely sensitive to the cold.

    Are they MTs?

Toyota and Yoko's both are known for long tread life

    That's a good point..... But..... That thing was S T U C K

I notice a drop in performance even when it's just cool out. This is the biggest weakness of lithium-ion batteries. My M12 stuff will sometimes not work at all when it's below freezing.

I'd try keeping at least the batteries in the house.

Yes, that's part of the reason I like Yokohama. My HT's lasted forever, and the G015's were still good when I traded it in (not sure exactly how many miles) and I never rotated them.

But, these are the MT's, so I expected significant wear by now. But, I measured a solid 15/32 (75%) all around when I had to swap the spare in. And, that was with around 25K on them. At that rate, I should be around 50% at 50K, which I consider outstanding for an MT.

What Forrest did you get? I have a 40 tooth WW2. I was skeptical about buying it but had cash burning a hole in my pocket, so it was an impulse buy. I got it home and tried it on some walnut and damn! It cut like a hot knife through soft butter and the cut was as smooth and right off my hand plane. It totally blew me away.

I need to charge the battery anyways so I'm gonna bring it in the house when I get home from work. Think I have a bad breaker switch so I only have 1 working outlet and that's for the fridge :anonymous:
