Hey guys.
Can anyone tell me what the max psi we can push these sc to on a stock engine? Finally about to install my 32mm pulley and send back to the Dyno but I don’t want to push her too hard as a blown motor isn’t ideal for anyone.

 

It's ideal for someone trying to f*ck around and find out. Is that correct 32mm? = 1.259" now sure how you guys measure your pulley. I think you'll want to consult whether you have the supporting fuel and tuning mods. I don't know what's been done on yours but if you have to ask, maybe you know something we don't? Similar that applies to turbo if you have the supplied fuel and correct tuning, I would be less afraid on a supercharger. Skimp on either, you'll probably hate life

 

I have had the fuel pump changed to a higher flow. That’s literally the only mod the car has made. Yes that’s correct 32mm! It’s tiny. I’ll be sending the car back to the guy who originally tuned it. I told him what I’m doing and he said I’ll have no issues with it but I also told him maybe not to go too hard as I don’t know how much the engine can handle

Hahahah! Good old jimmy! That’s gold. And this is why I’m telling the Dyno guy to go easy. I’m not ready for a new car yet. Lol

 

The boost pressure won't be the killer but timing, pre ignition, and knock will. You'll want a very conservative timing map and run higher octane fuel. I believe there is a guy running a pulley around that size, don't remember who, but is running ok last I heard. I would recommend forged internals if running that.
