    Maybe I'll go visit some other Toyota service centers Friday, see if I can find techs able to diagnose beyond the scan tool.
    Have I mentioned how incompetent I find Greentree service?

    There was some plastic wire covering that was chewed and that's it. I'm replacing a water pump and removed the engine cover.
