I just made applesauce with my truck!

 

Yeah you definitely have to plan for some kind of garage or workshop too.

 

Too lazy to make multiple trips, so I'm using my truck to haul the Christmas decorations at my work from the shed to the main building all at once...

 

This is why I always have backup light sets...

 

Looks like I am going to be dating a 19-year old...

 

She's cute, she's smart, and she has not only a driver's license, but her own car!

 

She is cute, and not a moron like my last girlfriend...

 

It's a 2015 Volvo sedan of sort; S60 maybe? Good car, but nothing special...

One of my high mileage stickers arrived today!

 

I always wanted this one, 1971 Ambassador wagon. This was the top of the range AMC, the grille is die cast aluminum, the front end has so much detail and an understated elegance.

They are nice cars to drive too, quite a nimble feeling for a larger car.



The dashboard has a bit of a cockpit vibe going, the heater/air conditioner controls are on the drivers left hand - the passenger can't tinker with them.

The Ambassador was the first car with standard air conditioning starting in 1968, it was optional on Cadillac, Lincoln & even Rolls Royce.

You can barely see it in the photo, these cars had a molded acoustic fiberglass headliner, decades later they never sag or fall apart like the common glued on fabric ones.
