I'd have to dig mine out and look but I belive it's listed as Live Data, View Current Data, or Mode $1.

Ok so that tells me we most likely have a crank signal, next thing we need to check is spark and injector pulse.
My method for checking spark is to pull a coil out, connect an incandecent test light to a known good ground, and holding the tip of the light near the end of the coil boot being careful not to touch the probe of the light with my finger while someone cranks the engine over, if you have spark you should see it jumping to the test light.
Alternatively you can use a spark tester if you are nervous about getting shocked but the odds are low as long as your light is grounded and you don't touch the tip with your finger while testing.

Injectors should have a constant power on the Black/Red wire and the other one is a pulsed ground.

Ok sounds good I’ll do that now but when I sprayed a bit of starting fluid in the intake wouldn’t it have fired?

I would expect it to but it's always best to verify.

Ok so no spark, can you verify your not losing power and ground at the coils while cranking?

I'm about out of ideas of tests to do with a test light and a meter, other than checking powers and grounds at the PCM yet I'm thinking this may be job for someone with a scope I'm afraid.
Let me run this down just to make sure we covered everything.

You have no spark but have good power and ground at the coils.
Engine appears to have an RPM signal.
Have you checked for codes again?

So I’m grabbing at straws at got a spray bottle with fuel and sprayed it inside the intake and it did fire and run. So now for whatever reason we have ignition.

I can walk you through checking powers and grounds at the PCM yet if you want but beyond that I don't have any more checks to do that don't require an oscilloscope.

    Interesting...
I just thought about it, have you made sure your security light next to the clock isn't flashing with the key on?

So I’m in the trouble shooting mode so I have the new key switch connected hanging out from underneath the dash not installed in the key switch yet so once I put the key in the security light went off still no start

:facepalm:can't believe I didn't think of the security light sooner, ok so we have spark now apparently and the security light is out? The truck will not start if it can't read the key.

Ok I think that’s why we weren’t getting spark but now we’re not getting fuel

Ok so you have the transponder coil positioned where it can read the key now?
