    Lol.

I’m on the road so this is as close as I’ve got handy, so that’s just the general area where we emerged. I can get the whole trail off my garmin later though.

That looks to be south of Hawksbill Crag point. The trail is not part of one of the advertised Jeep trails. We got invited to go trim up the Dixon Ford crossing area.

Knowing the full trail would be great. That is actually new territory to us from the central part of the state. It doesn't seem to be overrun with groups of Jeeps.

I don't know the story. When I see something that weird in the woods, I try to go in the other direction. B ut they seem to attract middle-aged men with a particular look.

No idea what I'm looking at. I picked a K6s earlier this year which is a perfect hiking gun, but I could go for a better truck gun.

Let's just say I am glad my deployments were in the last decade, not the late 1800's!

That’s Whitaker point, was standing on that day before yesterday.

It wasn’t any kind of challenging, probably hardest part was a steep rock ledge climbing out of a creek bed, and a few logs. Probably why the wheelers ignore it. Was also marked on the nat geo map as high clearance - not even 4wd

I haven't been there yet. I agree about the wheelers ignoring it. Unless you can drive right up to something, nobody cares.
