Helmets are a choice me thinks there. Not a wise one but still a choice

I lived in VA for a couple years. Riding in the Summer, a well ventilated helmet was a necessity, as was the mesh jacket with the slider panels. Couldn’t manage riding in my usual leather riding jacket down there in the Summer. All the vents in the leather jacket still weren’t enough.

On our first trip to the Keys many years ago our rental was a Chrysler LeBaron convertible. So was every other tourist's rental. Parked it in Key West, forgot where, walked around for an hour trying to find the right one. If it wasn't for the empty Doritos bag in the back seat we'd still be looking for it. Now I always write down the plate number and stick it in my wallet.

A-trac uses the braking system to mimic lockers I believe, braking the wheel that is spinning to provide traction to the one that needs it.

Hmmm makes sense. Here’s the vid I watched. The sr5 had it off while the trd sport had it on.

The first thing I do with a rental is take a photo of the license plate and one of each side of the vehicle to document any damage. One of the days when we had the Mustang we were driving across one of the long bridges with the top down and it started pouring. There was no place to pull over so I just drove through the rain. The inside of that car was soaked. We needed windshield wipers on the inside of the window. I have no idea how the radio was still working, water was dripping off if it. :D

    When it’s freezing.
Ever been in a vehicle where you had to scrape the INSIDE of the windshield?!
    I have.

Yup especially fun with no rear defroster and a heater core on its way out

I'm fine without a rear defroster. In the winter, I can't see out the rear window most of the time anyways because of the cap.

What's the best way to clean an oil spill? Popped the drain plug on my xfer case and the oil over-shot both the pan and the cardboard I had down.

Speedy-Dry, Kitty litter works in a pinch. Put it down and scrub it in with your foot, then sweep it up. It'll likely still leave a slight stain, but it'll be about as good as you're going to get it.
