Hardtail makes it easier. If it will shift to the big chainring without the RD blowing up, you're gtg :D

    Thanks man.

Interesting about having a mystery frame. That's kind of cool.

Somebody buy this mint condition hardly ridden bike. Modern geometry 29er full suspension with solid components for $2k - can't ask for much more. Also, this is owned by a Salsa employee if that tells you anything

The mystery isn't cool when you have a bent custom derailleur hanger! Fortunately I was able to bend it back the one time so far, but I'm not looking forward to the day that thing needs to be replaced. I'll likely need to find someone to custom machine a new one.

I love the bike overall, extremely capable and versatile with a 140 Pike and dropper post. It's a perfect compliment to my trail bike for easier group rides or just making my local trails feel a bit more exciting.

Can confirm - legit, bought a mega a few years ago and neighbor bought two of them just before the vid hit. Decent prices and wouldn't think twice about pulling the trigger again.

It's November 23rd, 2022 and it still makes no sense how WR1 retains their pre-pandemic competitive pricing.

Eyeing some Nobl wheels but the right thing to do would be to support a NA company. Anyone know if WR1 does custom color hubs/nipples?

With parts prices going down, it would be a great time to start building my boxed up never touched chameleon frame. I swear I will get around to it.

I bit on a set of Nobl wheels for my build. I just got the shipping notification today so hopefully I'll have them next week. They will be my first set of carbon wheels, I'm pretty pumped the way this build is coming together!

You may have to sign up for that also, worth noting. It may be code based BF. Idk, just speculating. I put my email down.

These are some true black trails, wow I am beat. Maybe I was just tired, but these trails I’d say they are harder than the trails @honda50r shown us around on at Windrock.

I could’ve possibly knocked 20 mins off this time had I not got lost at the bottom of Avery without service.

Also, forgot to start trip till about 200’ above the gate at the stables.

They’re next level trails for sure.
Skip Bent Creek, greens lick isn’t worth it.

Those at Pisgah however are worth some suffering. Don’t get me wrong Monte and Oak have good sections of hard trail, it’s just we get time to recover since they’re so short. These trails just keep going and going.
