I see 2 dealers in my area with several 2023's on the lot for sale. I guess it's that time of year when the new models are rolling in.

Any notable changes for 2023? I don't keep up with the year to year changes since mine's still pretty much new (2020)

    Oh look, another mod....
Just the price. Oh, and the TRD Pro's get the letters stamped into the side of the bed. Other than that, nothing has changed.

That tells me in my head, no changes for 24. Why would they go through die/stamp changes for one year.

Dumped the Tacoma, that's all it needed.
They have been on the lots for a while now…

just most of them have been sold before arrival.

The last of the 3rd gens will probably roll off the assembly line in Q2 23.

Unless someone has a different timeline they'd like to share.

When will Toyota start 4th gen production?

    I don't think it will be until 2024 Q1 or Q2

There's literally an entire thread about the redesign coming for the '24 model year.

I'm seeing 23 Sequioas listed online those are most likely allocations.

The dealership next to me has maybe three trucks on the lot. However, their surplus storage property happens to be behind a Mazda dealership up the road. While I was taking the Maz-3 in for service, I happened to glance over the fence. Lo and behind, somewhere between 15-20 tacos parked back there in various trims.

    Sneaky bastards.

    Cheerio burps are gross.

Covid sanctions are probably going to have a negative impact on most manufacturers, but that's the same song that's been playing.

The 4runner will get a redesign before the Tacoma. Anything you've read about the 2024 Tacoma has been speculation. Think about it, the current 4runner has been around since 2011. The Tacoma has only been around since 2016.

Sounds like the next gen 4runner got pushed back. Might not see it in production until half way through 2024
