    people aren't coming over for another 1.5-2 hours, the 20 lb turkey is already done on the smoker...at 300deg it was supposed to take 5.3 hours. went on at 11:30...its showing over 165 in the breast and thighs. Why wasnt i watching it you ask? I was hosting a back country ski party with whiskey cider on teton pass lol. But it wasnt supposed to matter because it wasnt supposed to be done yet!

    I turned the smoker down to 180 and tented the shit out of it with butcher paper and broth to keep it moist
