I remember this one guy that had a sweet black 396 SS Camaro, his whacko Ex GF drove by his car and threw a giant slurpee/slushy in the open window and made a total mess of his dash and interior.

 

The look is nice and I like the laundry on the second floor.
Those skylights will be trouble down the line though.

Unrelated but related: Had a notification on my gas bill the rate is going up - not too bad though, only 96.5%...

 

Nice that all the plumbing is on one side of the house. I like the stucco look, brick would work nicely too.

 

I still keep in contact with my former (retired) psychologist; I saw him twice a month from November 2005 to sometime in 2019. He told me that the building in which his old practice was located caught fire when I called him today to catch up. Naturally, I had to drive by and take a look...

The first floor was a sporting goods store of some sort, my therapist split the rent with another therapist and they both had offices on the second floor, and the third floor was an apartment...

If I was looking for a car to be chauffeured about I would want the older, more traditional early 70's Silver Shadow, not really my style though.



I prefer driving myself, this 2 door 1970 Roller is closer to my style.



However, if we are looking at Brit cars this would be much more my style.
Rover P6 3500S - the 3500 indicated the model had an aluminum 3.5 liter V8 engine, originally designed by Buick (215 cid). The "S" indicated syncromesh - a 4 speed manual transmission.



For a personal luxury car it is hard to top the 1969-71 Lincoln Continental Mark III, one of the most beautiful, elegant and understated domestic cars ever produced.
460 V8 power too!

 

The garage could easily be extended as far back as desired and not change the street appearance at all.

I don't care to share my bathroom time with anyone, I have no need for a second sink.

 

Gallons and gallons of wasted water waiting for the hot...

 

Plumbing, plumbing everywhere - so many pipes to leak.

Well, my parents still each have their own sink. With the exception of the first house they bought as a couple in 1988, every house they've owned has had a master bathroom suite with dual sinks and a separate shower and tub...

 

I wouldn't have sex with Scarlett Johansson or Jennifer Anniston in a mall bathroom...
