Does anyone have the factory 1/2" blocks for the rear? I am interested in purchasing them from you. Please advise. Thanks!

So I was in a f@cked up scenerio with my CPO sport I had purchased in January. It was a 2016 super white and it began to chip in the typical locations on the truck after only having it for 3-4 months. I have been going back and forth with the warranty department along with jumping through hoops with the dealership. They refused to cover the paint and so did the warranty department. So on Monday (Labor Day) I walked in to talk to one of the managers and told them I either want a big chunk of a discount to off set the paint job or to be put into another vehicle. I told him my main concern would be being upside down on my payments and negative equity into the truck I had already purchased. So he pulled some numbers and actually did what he could to work with me and they actually bought back my Tacoma and increased my payments by $17 a month. He put me into a brand new 22 trail edition. Just happy the little guy(me/us) didn’t get f@cked like we usually do. Also this is my first EVER brand new vehicle I have ever purchased. B52EDDA6-74CA-4366-AEF2-D510F20938DB.jpg

Wow congratulations! Nice outcome after hearing about some folks struggling with Toyota recognizing that there is a small but affected group of Super White paint delaminating Tacoma owners. Beautiful truck. Enjoy the new ride.

Toyota does it backwards compared to other trends, fog lights are usually going away on higher end vehicles now with modern headlights. Toyota takes them away on models with base headlights...

No, I said Toyota does it backwards.

Fog lights are slowly being dropped, starting on high end cars. I'm sure in a few years they will go away all together. Basically they are a styling thing at this point with how good the headlights are becoming.

Do any of you Trail owners drive in cities, downtown environments, and park in parking garages? If so, how do you fare with the Trail? I currently work in DC and driving my SR isn't too bad, but finding the right spot in a garage is a pain sometimes. I have a depost on a Trail and I'm a little worried about it being slightly bigger with the lift and parking in garages.

Eih, fogs are worthless anyways. Folks run with them when it's not foggy but it actually makes it worse, not better. I don't know where you live but I have not had to drive in actual fog at night, ever.

Congrats on the new truck, but that dealership still sounds shady AF since they were only talking payments. $17 bucks a month more isn't too hateful, but l get the feeling they added many years onto your loan too,

Thank you and I'm excited to be here. Unfortunately no, when I got there 90% of the additional options were installed. But I was able to negotiate 2k off final price. ‍♂️
