Just had my alignment done and the steering wheel is turned to the right slightly and pulling. Would it be possible that I need new tie rod ends? Been asking around shops and haven't really gotten any answers.

A good shop will check the suspension prior to alignment.

Loose tie rods usually give a vague feel and you'll get a random center, so it will drift left or right.

I suspect bad alignment, but a 2006 its possible to have worn tie rods or ball joints etc.

Well I had toyota do the alignment so I can't imagine that they wouldn't tell me what the issue was on the spec sheet. But they didn't mention and I've never replaced the tie rods yet either my next question would be is where would I get a good set of inner and outer tie rods from is my question I'm sure they need replacing.

    I agree.
A good shop would have found the bad tie rod(s) and or other worn suspension components, and told the customer before doing an alignment.

Either way, I’d request that the shop take another look at the alignment and suspension.

I’have also seen in some cases where tire ware was bad before the alignment and after the alignment the car/truck pulled. Nothing can be done in that case.
But again, a good shop would spot this and tell the customer.

Most Tacomas that old need steering racks due to leaks and bushing wear.
You can check tie rods by jacking it upand wiggling the wheel side to side. Alternatively you can have someone turn the wheel back and forth while on the ground.

You can also check for leaks by looking at the boots to see how wet they are.

I can tell you most dealers are used to new models and don’t check front ends prior to alignments.
