There is probably a hairline crack somewhere. Take the headlight out, put it in a warm, dry place until all of the moisture is gone, and carefully inspect the headlamp; you can repair the crack with a two-part epoxy. If the crack is on the lens, use something like 3M DP-100 and apply as little as needed. Then, wet sand the epoxy down until it's almost level with the lens and finish it off with polish. If it's cold and/or wet, allow some extra time for the epoxy to set up and fully cure. If you're not comfortable doing it yourself, a local body shop might be willing to do it for you.

Drove 75 miles across the island to ditch my OVtune that I’ve been rocking for like, 5 years. It was the beta 4.88 91 pump tune
Got the Overland Tailor Tuning medium lite sport. Holy guacamole! It FINALLY drives how a vehicle should! I didn’t even touch s4 for the mountain climb back home like how I’d have to the previous 5 years. Push the pedal and it’ll hold it in the right gear, and power band. i used to average 18mpg on the same trip, now I’m getting 20mpg (I also have 35s and 4.88s).
150 mile round trip was worth it!

way to get in the Xmas spirit. I will be a escort vehicle in a local XMAS parade for the high school this Saturday, looking for decoration ideas before the kids get too crazy. Are you running the lights off the bed outlet?

That is probably the best looking mounting set up I’ve seen. Very cool. I really like the relocation of the small relay block as well. I don’t know much about AuxBeam (I did some reading on Switchpros at one point, but it wasn’t for me), but that is a great looking bracket. Just based on that, I would give AuxBeam a good look if I was going to do one of the switch panels.

Finished up a cargo/dog platform for the back seat.

The fit is great, and the tabs on the outside edges fit into the belt buckle indents to help prevent the platform moving forward/back.

Looks great; I guess those are the 5%. I'm buying a set tomorrow! I just need to decide if I want the top plates or not (I'm leaning towards not). Since I can pick up 'locally' I may have them install since I don't have ramps.

One of my favorite mods so far. I’m still surprised this isn’t installed from the factory.

i wasn't really all that impressed with the black friday sales this year.

was watching sdhq for the hidden winch mount, but it was 10% off, which mostly just covers shipping.

Well it seems KTJO4x4 is making a comeback. I ordered the B-pillar handles last year (early 2021) and instead received the driver's side handle. After not responding for months, I installed the driver's side handle and ended up loving it. Looks like they have a V2 that's even better now, too. But anyway, they emailed me two weeks ago to ask if I still wanted the B-pillar handles, and even though I was annoyed, they said they wanted to make it better and sent them for free and I got them like 5 days later. Finally installed the handles before Thanksgiving. My mother-in-law was thrilled because she loves riding in the truck but has trouble getting in and helped me pay for them. She also can't get down into my wife's Camry because it's too low and she gets stuck, so it's up to me when she wants to go places with us. She tested them out and gave them a thumbs up because now she can hold onto lots of things to get in and out of the back seat and she liked how they looked original. Here's how they look.

My review is that they are 4/5 stars. As usual with KTJO, some of the hardware is a bit sus. One of the screws for the top stripped out right away as I tightened it into the rivnut, but luckily I have a glut of random machine screws and one of them was the same size and thread but a little longer AND counter-sunk. So I think my screw is better. The passenger side included hardware didn't strip out so I left it as is but I know I have my backup screws if needed. They work great and feel firm in the direction you would pull to get into the car. But feel wobbly when you wiggle them left to right but I was able to hang off of them and pull myself up like a little monkey and reach the roof rack. So all in all, pretty good upgrade for passengers, especially when the truck gets higher in the future.
