Not really HVAC professional shit but I put a new heater in my shop today. Had to run a 240v circuit for it.

Nah, sold my gas reznor since it was gonna cost too much to pipe gas out to the shop from the house. Opted for this little 7500w (25,500 BTU) unit instead. It's a Comfort Zone, was at my local farm supply place

 

You finally own a house now, right? I'm guessing you have natural gas heat?

 

Yessir, natural gas, had a brand new Trane 96% efficient unit installed when I moved in. It works well, house is 112yrs old so the ducting could be better, but I'm not complaining.

You have central air or no?

 

No, almost was going to when I had the new heater put in, for another 5k I could have. But the ducting to upstairs is shitty and wouldn't have let it cool well enough. Opted to just use window units until I have some downtime and extra cash to do mini splits

 

Were you able to get a good mortgage rate? Also, Mitsubishi Mr. Slim is the best!
