I do this on mine too. Yep. I just make a point to turn the outlet off before turning off the truck.

Yeah I bought them as well. Let’s hope they hold up in the ccccold New England winter!! Lol. There’ll be a 60 degree day up here this week. So that and a few passes with the heat gun should be all it needs.

The plastic bezels that you put in the tailgate are something to watch out for: getting them oriented the right way will either make that step go quickly or make you want to go inside for another beer. And the exhaust parts have sharp edges so I got a few minor cuts (laugh if you want; I'm not the master mechanic some other folks are). Also, I saw some posts about the wires going down the driver's side but not in my situation; it was exactly as pictured in the instructions.

No but I remember someone posted that the opening that takes the small grommet that’s usually under the passenger seat wasn’t there.
    That’s all I have.

I just had to reach pretty deep under the carpet. But if you look underneath to find it on the inside of the passenger side frame member you get an idea where to send your hand.
For the OP: I've been a wipers and fluids only person for a long time, and I was able to do it just fine. So I know you can too.

I feel your pain. Until I moved here to south Florida I lived in northern Vermont for 10 years.

Yeah I installed mine last year on my ‘21.
It ran down the passenger side. It’s nice having it.

Google saddle road big island Hawaii, it’s about 30 miles uphill, 10ish flat, and the rest is downhill. That’s how. I also have the hypertech speedometer calibration.

Glad I made the journey yesterday, Mauna Loa just decided to erupt last night

I have Fox Performance (2" front), 1" (1.5" maybe) rear with Deaver Add-a-Leaf. Camburg UCAs. The -38 offset if pretty extreme and had the camber adjusted 4 degrees to reduce rubbing. CMC and alignment done by The Truck Shop in San Diego. Still rubs a little on reverse turn, but so far so good. At first I wasn't feeling great how wide the tires extend from the wheel well, but have grown to love them.
