Anyone else having a new house being built behind yours, today. Haha not that I care. Just find it odd.

 

Well I bought a drone in case that was happening behind sections of our property!!

 

Are you my neighbor?? I have someone building directly behind me and we have already had words due to his complete disregard to the "buffer law".

 

Ha.. laughing at the neighbor part. Would like to be in the sticks. But find your issue to be bullshit by the new guy.

Get with the county and see what they say about it. I only say this as a guy built a pool near some overhead power lines. The power co. caught wind of it and made him dig it up and move it. Guy was pissed even though he tried throwing his weight around as he was a lawyer.

 

I could have his "lunch" if I wanted as he actually cleared a naturally wooded lot leaving no buffer and pushed several trees over on my side of the property line... but honestly. I don't feel like the additional headache so I will just stay as the neighbor he should avoid.... which seems to be every one of his "future" neighbors. Seeing as he is the one that "developed" the area and built the few houses around here. He has gotten in to it with every home owner that he built houses for (I purchased mine from original owner that also had issues with the guy) plus he has had legal battles with all the surrounding land owners... the guy is just a self righteous dick who thinks he is much more important and impressive than he is.

But that's just my opinion...
