Today I learned that putting decals on a truck is much harder than I thought it would be. It looks good from far but terrible up close

 

I also got my son his Christmas gift which is the same color as my truck

i got my truck in June this year. I keep a spreadsheet to track my mods. At 12K so far. I’ve got a problem lol

 

Nope no lift. Not sure if I wanna lift it yet. I kinda like the way it sits.....we'll see....I think I might have the mod bug so chances are I might change my mind

I used plenty. Still got air bubbles and this was my second attempt. Just not meant to be.

 

Sadly, because once he sees it, there will be no stopping him from getting to it.

 

I guess I used to be a ten foot man, the older I get the smaller the number is because I cant see like I used to.

A lot of the bubbles will work out themselves over time. Park it in the sun. I replaced my decal with a matte black one and on each side, the larger letters had a bubble in them. 2 days later gone.

 

I agree, but it also takes a lot of time to develop a deep friendship. Soapy water and I still need more time to develop our relationship.
In other words, I believe those who are good at decals/PPF/tint are truly skilled. The PPF on my headlights are an example of my lack of skill. My flag decal looks great but it took an hour to get it right.
