    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    Back in the day (carberated engines) when flooded, you "floor" the gas peddal and crank to start the vehicle. WELL, in the days of computer controled ignitions and all, if your engine becomes "flooded", which can happen if the fuel injectors leak down when the engine is shut off, "Flooring" the accelerator sends a signal to the ECU to not fire the injectors, allowing a "flooded" engine to be started.
    I just found this out, and thought it interesting. :)

    They flood out more than one would think.
    Say you go to clean out the garage, move the car(s) out. Get the job all done then go to fire em back up. Crank no start, WTF?? The SAI system never completed it's warm up cycle, i.e. rich run condition, fuel soaked plugs.

    getting there....
    after i clean my throttle body, when i go to crank the truck(or car for that matter) i always rev it til it fully cranks. seems to be flooded a bit after cleaning the tb.
