    Apparently it's now private property and the new owners gated it. I was under the impression if a "road" has been used for so many years....then it's always open even on private property.

    Only like a football length of area is their land and it just so happens to be the entrance. Dude gated it and theres nothing forest service can do. Its not their land. The trail is still open but you have to go around which sucks.

    So you have to start on the Hwy 77 side then? I've always wanted to do 600-2 and 600-1 backwards. I bet it would be a different ride!
