    Mine loves the water, can't get her out of the pool. If I don't put her on the side yard I've found her swimming out in our pool at 10pm. She also has a habit of taking the gardening hose into her dog house to drink the water, and soak her bed.

    I'm with you there and not gonna even try to convince you, the younger she was the more of a Weim she looked. She is starting to get a thicker coat and go more of a brown now though. She's registered as a chocolate, but we all know that story. Good dog though.

    I am always kind of bummed when I read the various 'no silver labs' threads. Of course we all know the AKC only recognizes black, yellow and chocolate. That doesn't mean they don't exist--just like "white" labs don't exist. It gets so ugly you'd think a cat fight broke out :eek: What happened to all the love dog owners are supposed to have?

    What matters is your love for your dog. She's sure a beautiful dog too!

    Hoyal, I have found that dogs in packs, or at least two are no more if not less trouble than one. they keep each other occupied and have less separation anxiety. as long as you can afford them and have the space, i would have at least two. Good luck on your find.
