I am not going to bang her. On another note, she lives almost an hour away from me. Even though we both have driver's licenses and vehicles, this is a logistical nightmare; I really don't want to have to get on the turnpike to go on a date or even have a casual hookup with any girl. If it weren't for the bipolar, I would make an exception because I like everything else about her.

Here's the story of the infamous Rose; I first met Rose in like September 2009. I was in a post-high school special education program run by @Gwyns04 out of a nursing home. I had been there for a year and was 20 years old; Rose was 18 or 19.

Rose was moderately attractive and fairly normal then, though she told me fairly early on that she had bipolar.

In October or November 2009 she walked out of her parents' house, got in some guy's car, and disappeared for two weeks. Nobody, not even her parents, knew where she was. The police were called but couldn't find her. She eventually came back, as stated above, two weeks later...

I asked her out in November or December of 2009, and we went to see a movie; One movie I took her to was 2012, which I loved and she hated. It was during that movie that she answered a text from a friend and mentioned that she was "at this stupid movie."

I also took her to see one of the Twilight vampire movies in late 2009, which she loved, but someone called her and she actually answered her fucking phone during the movie (in a crowded theater; I was mortified and afraid we were going to get kicked out. She then got angry with me when I told her to hang up her phone.

We hung out a few times from late 2009 to May or June 2010, but we were never intimate.

Her parents had an above-ground swimming pool, and she invited me over to swim and later go see a movie.

My parents bought me the Tacoma less than a month after I met Rose, but I didn't get my driver's license until May 2011. On the day of what should have been the last time I saw Rose, I still only had a learner's permit, and my mom dropped me off.

We put on our bathing suits and went out back; I don't even think Rose went in the pool. Her parents had recently adopted this little white dog, who just recently passed away naturally well over a year after she should have been humanely euthanized.

Without a word (she might have said she's be back), she took the dog and went inside the house. I didn't think anything of it until I realized 20-30 minutes passed and I was still wading around her pool by myself like a jackass, with Rose nowhere to be seen.

I went inside the house and had to go all the way up to the second floor before I got an answer from her. She was upstairs in her bedroom, with the dog, and the door was shut. Not particularly abnormal if you're by yourself, but she had a guest (me). Her parents were not home at the time.

I do not know what she was doing in there, and I never got a straight answer. Whatever.

On that same day, we planned on going to see another one of those Twilight movies; Rose was a huge fan, and I'd started to like the franchise too.

We were in the family room, about to go, when she suddenly decided that she wanted to see the new Twilight movie with her other friend, and that she wanted to go see Toy Story 3 instead; I had already seen Toy Story 3 with one of my friends a week or two earlier, and I did not like this girl enough at this point to pay to sit through it a second time in less than a month.

As stated above, I only had a learner's permit; Rose had a driver's license, but her parents didn't really trust her with their cars yet since she was such a new driver, and she didn't have her own vehicle. Her mom still has a 2004 Ford Explorer that she bought brand new and as of August 2021 only drove 60K miles. Her dad, at the time, was driving a leased 2009 Saturn Vue (this was in 2010). We took took the Saturn.

A Meat Loaf song that I liked came on the radio in her dad's Saturn, and Rose just changed the station. I complained, stating that I like the song; Rose's dad intervened and switched it back to whatever station Meat Loaf was on.

Immediately after this, words were exchanged, and Rose's father actually said to his daughter in front of me, "You're being a real bitch girl, you know that?"

I was shocked, and still remember that statement vividly to this day. Sick of Rose's attitude, I said that I didn't want to go to a movie anymore and would just like to go home; Rose's dad obliged. We drove back to their house and he dropped off Rose, then I got in the shotgun seat and he drove me home.

I knew Rose's dad for several months before I knew Rose, because Rose's older brother was in the Coffeehouse Center of Bucks County, a nonprofit organization set up by my best friend John's mom for young adults with Aspergers and PDD-NOS. The older brother was also in special education program with me in 2008; Rose's dad always liked me from day one, but I'm still shocked that he took my side over his daughter's, even if Rose was in fact being a bitch.

He apologized for Rose's behavior and I got out of his car on good terms with him, though I didn't expect to ever see Rose again...

So that was in May or June 2010. My best friend Mike, who also has Aspergers, has a younger sister named Michelle (who is neuroptypical). Michelle graduated from high school in June 2010, and her parents threw a slightly belated graduation party for her in July 2010; I was invited along with my best friend John, whose mom founded the Coffeehouse.

Mike and Rose's older brother were both members of the Coffeehouse, but I never knew that Rose's parents were good friends with Mike and Michelle's parents. I had no fucking idea.

Imagine my absolute shock when I walk into the kitchen of Mike's house, and there's Rose chatting with Michelle; I stopped dead in my tracks, my jaw dropped, and I'm pretty sure I almost dropped the camera I holding.

Rose was just as shocked to see me, and we were not happy to see each other. I honestly forget what ended up happening, but nothing bad happened. I believe that Mike's mom intervened and told me to just stay way from Rose.

That worked out well until Rose came over and sat down across from me at the table on the back patio. My best friend John was adopted at birth and is of Laotian descent; Rose said "Charlie, who's your Asian friend? He's kind of cute."

I stupidly introduced them, and that's how Rose furthered wormed her way into my circle of friends...

 

We should turn this story into a Hallmark movie

 

I never hung out with Rose one-on-one again until we reconnected in 2021, but John hung out with her fairly often until he eventually tired of her behavior; I will share more on this later...

I met Rose in September 2009, by June 2010 I was done with her, and my best friend's family unwittingly put her back in my life within a month. She hung out with us regularly in 2010-2012, but by the end of the summer of 2012 everybody in my inner circle was pretty much fed up with her.

One Saturday night in September 2012, John's band was playing in the parking lot of Puck. They'd set up a tent and expanded the dining area outward. I might have been on roadie duty for the band that night, because for some reason I was allowed to back the Tacoma right up to the improvised dining area and leave it there for the duration of the show.

Something else happened that night involving one of my other friends that Rose had absolutely nothing to do with, and which I can't elaborate on publicly. My friend Doug and I were sitting on the tailgate of my truck during the band's intermission, discussing something important regarding the issue with our other friend; Rose walked up to my truck, squeezed herself between Doug and me, and plopped her ass down on the tailgate. Needless to say, that conversation was over. After that night, for numerous reasons, we stopped inviting Rose places...

Well see were Rose falls as this story progresses.

 

Rose was moderately attractive back then, and Doug developed a crush on her; Doug and Mike both have the same birthdate, which is December 29th, 1988. Doug and Mike threw a huge party for their 24th birthdays at Doug's house, which I helped plan because Doug was horrible at planning parties and the previous year's party had been an epic failure in terms of attendance.

I sent out all the invites, but Doug did not know that Rose had been blacklisted from the group and decided to invite her without consulting anybody.

This was December 2012, so I'd had my license for a while; I drove myself.

Doug's parents have a large 4-bedroom house with a side-entry 3-car garage. When they are expecting guests, the garage is always left open and guests instructed to just let themselves in. The garage enters into the family room, and this is the door I used. Imagine my absolute shock when I saw Rose in the kitchen with my friends...

I didn't hold back; I walked up to Doug, and right in front of Rose, asked "What the hell is she doing here?" Doug angrily told me to just be quiet or something like that...

Usually, I was one of the first to arrive, but most of our friends had already gotten there. One of my friends and his new wife were there, and had apparently not been happy to see Rose because he'd been involved with her in the past; John was definitely not happy to see her.

Rose correctly guessed that "nobody liked her" and made that exact statement to one of my friends. She called her dad to come pick her up, and just walked out of the house without telling anybody. We were all pretty worried, despite the fact that we didn't like her, and a couple of us called her to see if she'd gotten home safe.

That was at the end of 2012, and I remember this perfectly; I was working out at the gym just days into 2013 when a call came in from Rose. I was on the elliptical and listening to my iPod, so I sent it to voicemail and asked Rose via text what she wanted, mentioning that I was working out and couldn't actually talk. Even though she waited days to get back to me, one of my other friends had confirmed that she had in fact gotten back home safe on the night of the party, and I was less than thrilled to be hearing from her; I did not respond to her in a particularly kind manner, and she went all gangsta on me, saying that it was a bad idea to piss off an Italian and that "I'd better forget her number."

I said whatever, and that's the last time I heard from her for months...

 

John got his first apartment in July 2013 and lived there for seven years before moving back in with his parents to save up for a house.

In late 2013 or early 2014, I was doing some grocery shopping for my parents at the supermarket like two miles from our old house; Rose, in a rare display of good judgment, had apparently gotten a part-time job at this supermarket. She walked up to me while I was shopping and said hello, acting as though the whole birthday party debacle never happened. I was very cordial with her, and she told me that she she even had a car of her own now...

She then started gushing about how John had invited her to his new apartment, and how beautiful it was. There were no sexual encounters of any kind, and the funny thing was that Rose seemed to forget John is my best friend; John was the first person in my immediate circle of friends to get their own place, and the entire group (Aspie and non-Aspie) hung out there quite often. We watched movies, drank, and did the stuff that you'd expect a bunch of unsupervised 20-somethings to do; I had no idea why Rose was acting like John wasn't my best friend and I hadn't been to his apartment numerous times in the last few months.

The encounter struck me as weird, and I almost immediately called John to tell him about it; John told me that he regretted contacting Rose (purely out of the kindness of his heart) and inviting her to his apartment.

That was the last time that I ever saw Rose until August 2021...

 

So, I've told everyone about this other girl named Emily who I've known since we're both juniors in high school. During the summer of 2021, I was trying to bang Emily; I won't lie. That's a story that I've told before; Emily is a dumpster fire of a human being in her own right, but doesn't have the psychological issues that Rose does and compared to Rose, she is an angel.

Emily lived with Rose, her friend Amanda, Amanda's fiancé, and the fiancé's mom. The fiancé and his mom owned the house. They had inherited like $500K from a deceased relative and bought the house, which only cost $83K, outright. This house was decent, but small, and located in bumfuck nowhere up in the Poconos. They are very bad with their money, and by the time I was in the loop, the house that had been paid for in cash was about to be foreclosed on by the county due to unpaid back taxes; Rose had been living with them for almost a year at this point.

Emily mentioned that a girl named Rose lived with them, and my blood ran cold. I was in school with Amanda and Rose, and I had no doubt who this was; I asked Emily what this Rose's last name was, and confirmed immediately that it was her...



Emily and Rose hated each other, but the story I was told was that Rose's parents kicked her out and she had no place else to go. A talk with her father, who is probably the only remotely sane one in the family, revealed that they had tried to talk her out of moving up to the mountains...

 

One night, Emily texted me frantic saying that Rose had assaulted Amanda's fiancé. My response was something along the lines of "I'm an hour and a half away from you, how about you call 911?"

What happened is that Amanda's fiancé, who is a total loser himself, said to Rose "you're trash." Rose dared him to say it again, and he did, so Rose closed-fist punched him in the face.

Amanda had just recently had a hysterectomy, but purely out of reflex leapt up to defend her man, and popped a few stitches in the process.

A deal was made; Amanda's fiancé wouldn't press charges if Rose moved out ASAP. Rose's dad works for UHAUL and was able to secure a can free of charge at a moment's notice. He drove up the Poconos, collected Rose and most of her belongings, and drove back down to Bucks County.

 

You got far too much drama in your life...lol

 

Rose had reconnected with one of my friends who she'd been involved with, and she sent me a friend request; I immediately blocked her, and she immediately went crying to my other friend who told me I should give her another chance. Neither of us knew what a dumpster fire she was; I will admit that I thought she had changed, but that while I was interested in giving her another chance, I really saw her as an easy way to get laid.

 

On another note, I think the girl who wanted to hook up in a bathroom stall on Thanksgiving Eve has androphobia...

 

She sounded more like a nympho...

 

I guess you know what androphobia is? She is obviously a nympho too, but she's bisexual/pansexual...
