I have an 05 taco and when i went left work last yesterday, the driver side window rolled down find but when i try to roll the passenger side down it doesn't budge. I tried rolling it down with the button on the passenger side thinking it was a bad switch on the driver side. So i guess my question is where do i start to fix it?? is there an easy fix like a fuse i can check or do i gotta look at the power motor?

    thanks

Pop the door panel off, and use a multi meter to see if the motor is getting power.

Don't worry too much about taking things apart... Those inner door panels are attached by a bunch of little plastic clips that go on and come off in a hurry. You'd have to be pretty wasted to forget how it went back together...

Hmmm none of mine rolled down today. There was just a thuck rrrrr sound as the door flexed. It might have had something to do with the -30 degree weather, but I wanted some fresh air dammit.

is it possible that condensation built up, then when the temps dropped, it froze? Not to familliar with temps below freezing.

Mine have a lot of trouble rolling down when it is very cold too. I am thinking that water gets into the door and then freezes the window to the door. Sucks when it does though. I guess my seal is not very good for my windows.
