Picked up a remote starter from 12 Volt Solutions during their Black Friday Sale. Installed it last night, and probably could have done it in their listed 30-45 minutes install time if not for my gorilla hands trying to work in small spaces. In hindsight, probably would have been easier to just remove the whole lower dash.

Their options are basically; blue or green, 6 or 8 button, app control or no, and fuse box with access on one side or on both sides.
The 8 button one is the model that most people make aftermarket adapter bezels for mounting in cab.
Personally I went with the blue buttons because all my buttons are already blue back lit, no app because I don't see the need for an app to control buttons that are right next to my knee, and the single sided fuse box because it seems like the easiest to mount in the engine bay (I've seen multiple people on here that just mount it to the top of the fuse box in the engine bay)

Nice. Where did you get that small front/rear camera switch? How is the Auxbeam working out?

The biggest differences between the AR-800 and the other Auxbeam versions is that the AR-800 also works with your phone, you can pick any color vs. only the green or blue on the other switch panels and you can set the lights as toggle, momentary or pulse. (It's like a cheap knock off version of the switch pro 9100) The Black Friday sale knocked the price down from $269 to $209, so I bought it.

It came with the anytime camera kit. I bought mine pre soldered from trailgridpro...

Also got the camera mount for the grill from here... I'll post some feedback on it when I get it all connected. I need a power tray mount first.

Just finished up the Goose Gear Rear Seat delete this past week to go along with my third taillight swap from tacoma lifestyle. The delete was a process in and of itself as I had to apply noico and siless soundproofing prior to the install.

I'm not the OP but can answer. I got mine from the dealer (I have the DCSB, but there is an OEM part for the DCLB too); or get the OEM part online. I considered an aftermarket one (e.g., pop & lock) to save a few dollars, but for me the advantages of OEM were worth it. It fits perfectly onto the tailgate lock (no need to disconnect anything), the length of the harness is the length of the vehicle, the wire is shielded as it goes near the exhaust system, and it comes with exact grommets (aftermarket you poke holes in an empty grommet so it will never seal as well).

I seem to be ignorant. What do you gain by installing a front-facing camera?

Better field of view in front. See things in wider view than you would without.
Great for offroad and close quarters

You can point them downward and see what is directly in front your truck. Very helpful while cresting a hill off road when all you see is sky through the windshield.
