Do you stop working for the winters? I don't know what your winters are like.

My friend did pool maintenance in the winter. Then he install in the summer.

We slow down, but we have about 65 pools that are year around that we service weekly. Sevice calls come in cycles with the cold temps ( Cold for here that is ).

Winters are not cold like up north. We do get in the 20’s at times, but generally warm into the high 30’s and 40’s.

Someone come bring their Toyota down to the shop. We are completely dead in the water except for one Tundra getting an oil change.

 

I gotta say I loved my Job the last 20 years!!

I wish my Body was still able to handle the physical aspects.

 

In the winter the pools are solid ice. Good for ice skating. When the pools thaws out on the Spring it's crazy busy. Then business slows down to a normal pace. Because of the winter and the slow time my friend decided to quit. He became a mechanic, A full time job, year round.

 

I haven't been on TW much but often think of you Shauna and hope your doing ok.
