Could probably break into the 20’s fairly easily if it’s just a stock tune stock engine too….

So, this thread/ jdfab products related. I often get mad at the steering on the truck, even with the upgraded pump as I “shimmy” the truck around the driveway/ parking lots and what not. I was reminded today how awesome the steering upgrades and especially the Howe pump are. Installed some fresh 37’s today and of course discount tire filled them to 40psi or so. The truck steers like a dream even at a stop being able to turn the wheel with one finger. Big difference from the 15-18psi I usually run lol. But since the truck is basically a toy getting almost no road miles I never air up.

Anyhoot, I’ll be out in JV Saturday to Tuesday doing some KOH race car stuff if anyone is out in the area and spots us.

hey @EatSleepTacos you where the one that told me you had to shim your tundra rack for the 934's right? finally installed mine and i put 1/4" spacers in and that seems to have done the trick, but curious what you used.

I don’t remember what the final solution was but I had clocked the bungs forward within the frame as well as put some small shims in between the frame and rack. I don’t recall if the little shims were necessary. I got it all clearanced and bolted up and will never be removing it again lol

PSA to those that beat the hell out of their trucks and have a busted up core support. This is my hood latch. Never even noticed it until I just moved my old hood around in the shop. Could have been a good time.

That’s why I’ve got hood pins. My hood was fluttering around like crazy until I added them.

My hood latch departed long time ago. Nothing like the hood in your face at 60 in the dirt. 4-hood pins now.

My shit was flapping all over by the time I pulled it in for the build. I just attributed it to my blown out core support. But nope. I was dangerously close to a hood in my face on the highway. Never even considered the hood latch being cracked.

Hey everyone, I know I’m late to the game and there are pictures buried some where in 800+ pages. I was wondering if anyone can post picts of their pivot kit running a 35x12.5. I have the kit just waiting for install and was looking to run a 35x12.5. If you could let me know the specs on your wheels too that would be awesome!

Sorry, should have added that. Stock please. I’m just trying to make sure I am not going to be into the fenders. My truck has CMC and high clearance tube front bumper. I just picked up a set of SCS -38s and wanted to figure out fitment before I purchase new tires.
