    Good luck with your mom. I hope it’s only the dehydration….Don’t let her convince you she doesn’t need to be in the hospital, trust the plan by her team.

    Thank you, my sister told me that they admitted her. They still think she has had a mild stroke. I believe they are going to do a MRI, but I’m not sure. They did a chest X-ray and catscan already.

    Good morning all :hattip:

    The saga of my ROW continues.

    I’ve concluded my surveyor is either:
    A) Incompetent;
    B) Working as an agent of my neighbor; or
    C) Both A and B.

    Right in my neighbor’s deed is a paragraph that exludes 3 previous conditions that existed between my neighbor’s property and mine. These items are numbered…

    The excluded ROW is described in as much detail as when it was established so my surveyor and neighbor are interpreting it as it’s still existing. This is despite them recognizing the 2 other conditions my neighbor didn’t get when he purchased his property that they recognize :angrygirl:

    It's possible, and something I hadn't considered either. This motor is such low compression I can spin it by the fan blade as long as it's not in gear. You're correct in that the rocker assy comes off with just a few bolts. With those thrust washers- one was off completely, the other about 90% off, that's a damn good thought.

    Pistons are still covered in a small layer of carbon, doubt it's a HG issue but I'll explore it more. Coolant is still full too. I did not notice any moisture coming from the exhaust, nor did I smell the notoriously sweet smell of burning coolant. The exhaust is right under me, so I always get a good whiff of it.

    I'd be happy with gear interference. Would hopefully be an easier fix.

    The damage they took from storms back in October is my concern for a New Years trip. The park website makes it sound like they have a lot of damaged dirt roads, doesn’t sound as bad as DVNP and the roads are not listed as closed but there are warnings of “unmaintained condition” and they posted pictures of River Road that look like a boulder field. I will keep checking before I make final plans.

    I didn't think you were one to swing on someone, but I'd imagine if they swung first you'd be swinging back.

    Two 12’ pieces. Not sure why he didn’t knock on the back door with our name on it.

    Well we had a little turn around. Drove to Roque Bluffs, then got orders to go back to Veazie (2.5 hrs) to get a crane truck. Then, we have to go to lamoine to change a 300kva transformer. Lots of driving today, makes for an easy Friday!
