I paid MSRP, but not sad about it. A friend bought a sweet mustang, drove it spiritedly over the spring and summer, and sold it for $5k profit to a dealership.

Stay away from Right Toyota in Snobsdale. I got passed off to one of the young sales managers named Ryan who lowballed me 7k under kbb trade in value (not including the 6k in mods my truck has) and then he had the nerve to ask over msrp on the 2023 which wouldn't arrive for two months. I rolled my eyes and got up and walked out and said "have good day" and he responded "that's a childish way to deal with things." Whatever, I'm a cash buyer not a fool. I can find better deals elsewhere.

I've bought 5 cars from Surprise over the last 2 plus years one from Avondale. I find them to be the best with Avondale second. Otherwise, I wouldn't bother with anyone else. These other dealers Larry Miller, Camelback, Earnhardt, Bell, etc are still running the 1980's 90's playbook. I don't even bother with Honda dealers anymore they are all weasels.

I bought my Tacoma from Bell Road and negotiated the deal at Joe Marchisello's desk in the sales room as I worked in sales at another dealer during that time. Got a steal of deal that I wouldn't have gotten elsewhere. I went back and leased an SR5 4runner from them. Ended up trading the leased SR5 4runner to Right Toyota 5 months early on a 2020 TRD 4Runner in February of 2020 before the market blowup. I sold the leased 2020 TRD 4Runner to Pinnacle Nissan in Scottsdale earlier this year and made all money back and then some. Never worked with Surprise. I'll have to give them a try.

Toyota of Woodbridge wins for the most ridiculous quote I have received for a pro.
MSRP+BS dealer fees+$12,995 market adjustment. This quote was 63,069.28 OTD dated 11/25/22.
And NO I didn't buy it!
****Just got a call from Priority Toyota of Springfield. They win!! $19,995 market adjustment and just over $70,000 OTD!!!

My buddy got a nicely equipped 2023 DCSB TRD OR 4x4 automatic for $500 under invoice last week from Milton Ruben Toyota in Augusta Ga. He was OTD for about $43k

These guys have 2WDs priced at what the 4WDs are here in Minneapolis. I got a stripped down '23 double cab SR 4WD for $34900. Hard to find one that doesn't have the stupid add-ons like chrome tailpipe tip for $150, "TACOMA" letters for the tailgate at $140 (REALLY??), lame add-ons that cost pennies on the dollar. I have door edge protectors and NOTHING else! I can build my own Taco!

The pricing on that link is over msrp. Are these the pricing you are talking about as below msrp? i just built the same models on toyotas site and they came out cheaper. I must be missing something?

I got stuck with some of that nonsense, but I was looking for 6MT, so I had to kinda take what was available.

Not sure what you are looking at price even includes window tint which I believe the dealers adds. This one has almost every option you can get. When you build on the site it usually doesn't include shipping. From my understanding Toyota is trying to use this smart path to track what dealers are charging see who is gouging which will probably be used to determine allocations.

I used to grind it out back in the day (remember Van Tyl?) instead I am in and out in 45 minutes, with no bs fees and adds etc. I usually by them on the way to costco lol. Wife is always asking why are we stopping here? An hour later we drive off in something new.
