So, I just had my shiny new chrome bumper installed today at the dealership. The bumper is great. The service writer and service manager were great. They got me in, did the bumper and 5000 mile service in under 2 hours. But, take a look at what they used to install the bumper. Mind you, this is not a new designed bolt, like the bumper. Four of these rusty things on the nice new shiny chrome bumper. The service manager told me that he went to the hardware store and picked up 4 stainless bolts for his truck and new bumper.

So how do I make my front end 4" taller than the rear?

And what was the biggest tire I could clear with a stock suspension?

you notch your frame where the leaf springs are 4" duh!
you can fit a 265 but you will have to chop the roof 2.75" to clear them.

Well, he's correct really...I don't live in Pittsburgh, and I'm not going to drive to the Pacific Northwest to make fun of his face in person. That's just asinine.

Also, that's not the OP. I really don't know what he's getting at, but I'm having fun so whatevs.
