I'm talking 5-10 years down the road. They are turning an aircraft carrier around, not a ski boat. Like I said, it will be interesting to see how it plays out.

 

Ugh. Ohio state is gonna make the playoff

 

I’m excited for Utah. Definitely under rated and screw USC but I cannot abide Ohio St making the playoff. GD it.

Ugh Alabama is gonna make the playoff

 

At this point I don't see it. I imagine if TCU loses a close game, Michigan and Ohio State will play again in the first round. If TCU wins, Ohio State will play Georgia (assuming Michigan and Georgia both win tonight). The committee already put Ohio State ahead of Alabama.

Ohio State got blown out at home, but still have one fewer loss than Alabama. Alabama also doesn't have a resume building win like Ohio State does. They simply have their name and 2 close losses on the road.

 

Yeah... BECAUSE TCU, EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD THE TOUGHEST SCHEDULE, MUST BE ABSOLUTELY PERFECT OR THEY'RE OUT. Just because. Just because they're not Ohio State or Alabama.

Unfortunate truth. I’m hoping the consensus is even if they lose a close one they stay in but I doubt it. If they lose bad…it should be Ohio state and Tennessee that take 3/4.

if Michigan or Georgia lose they should stay in.

 

And "The Commission" will come up with yet another explanation for why they ignore all logic and fairness and just do WTF they want to do. This time, instead of claiming the "Total Body of Work" it will be the Total Body Odor of Skunk.

 

Ohio State "lost bad" when they played the only tough team they played this year. Oh... but that team was number 3 in the rankings. Nevermind that almost all of the other teams they played had losing records... let's just forget about that minor detail.

 

Nah. TCU is in win or lose (unless they lose by 21+). The top 4 are set, only thing we’re waiting on are seeds

 

They have at least onegood win on their resume, and only have one loss. Does Alabama? Nope and nope.

I don’t think so. We will wait and see.

 

USC got trashed. They’re dropping and someone is moving in that’s my thought and I’m guessing it’ll be Ohio state.

that’s a big loss to the #2, and any team below could have gotten whooped like that.

It seems once again that #1 and #2 have set themselves apart, and nobody is happy with the next lineups.

Because I don't know. But they shouldn't be a shoo in without considering their total schedule and the w/l stats of the teams they beat.
