And how does that relate in a practical manner to changing the caster? From reading TW, the "goal" is 3º castor. So will each notch change the castor .5 degrees? More? Less? Or are there other variables I'm not considering and each notch won't be a set amount? Certainly your kit will hold much better than stock, but you give up some fine adjustment. 5 choices is also better than 3 of course. I only have a layman's knowledge of this so I don't know how practical my concerns are.

    Thanks for your time.

I couldn't tell you exactly how much each notch adjusts in terms of degrees but yeah you will loose some fine tuning. Next time I get a truck with the kit aligned I'll ask our alignment guy to check on that!
So far every vehicle we have installed a kit on has been in spec. It might not be perfectly dead on but it's always within the limit.

Be looking for a set come spring as I redo my suspension. Tabs are toast on mine , so this is a great alternative (and since I am going to 35's a solid alternative!) Glad I found this post!

Update to the people who have ordered kits and been patiently waiting (again, thank you for your patience):
I will be picking up the laser cut parts tomorrow morning. We already have bolts, nuts, and washers ready to go. I should have everything packaged and shipped out by Tuesday! We will only have a few kits left after I ship out all the pre-orders so I will be placing another order for laser cut parts this week to get stocked back up! We didn't go crazy with our 1st order as we wanted to gauge interest before jumping all the way in. So far there seems to be some enthusiasm for these kits so we will be buying many more this time around!

Again, thank you for all the support!

Since this is the 1st batch please reach out if you find compatability issues! We try our best to test the kits on as many trucks/aftermarket parts as possible but we can't check everything. If you find an issue let me know so I can make the proper adjustments!

Yeah thats pretty cool but for 10x the cost and 10x the work of imagine that's our of most people's budget/desire.

My point is two fold. The claim of "The Be All End All to Your Alignment" Then the fact that a slight blow to the actual stock frame brackets will destroy any alignment regardless of what is used for the cams.

Trying to imagine a blow in that spot hard enough to bend things. I am more of a rock crawler and I am either solo and listening to my inner pussy (because I need to get home) or my spotter. Clearly there is a market for that upgrade, but I think a little less "just send it" might be the difference. Reality is you are comparing apples to oranges to my way of thinking. Might be the ultimate solution, but is way outside most garage mechanic upgrade skill set.

I mean my wording is more fun then an actual statement of fact, and I agree with @pearing, apples to oranges. You could also say THE ultimate be all end all would be to SAS your truck with some Military 10ton M123 axle and just never deal with any IFS stuff again. And if you install that kit you're still running a steering rack which is imo the weakest point. I'm just providing a nice little upgrade for those of us who wheel harder then most but don't need anything crazy like a SAS. Sorry I upset you with my title.

The problem is that there are a lot of people who are very new to this and the inherent short cummings of the Tacoma. You may mean it to be just for FUN but. A lot of people come to this site for advice and to learn and it does not help them if they have too then also decipher if something is honest or not. Yes, you are as others are trying to provide something that has it's place but at best provides a very marginal improvement. All a matter of perspective and ones needs. Provide honest explanation as to why what you offer has its place as well as its limitations and I think you will have a better chance of being successful. I agree that not everybody needs what JDFab offers but for those that want to increase travel, durability, performance and want to hang 3-4K of arms and shocks off of the factory thin brackets need first to address the factory short cummings.
